Spring Open House Evening for Members, Patrons & Invited Guests
Tuesday 19th May 2026 | Arrival from 6.00pm (in timed slots)
We are delighted to invite you to our Spring Open House Evening. The evening will begin with welcome drinks with our Director, Dr David Gaimster, followed by a chance to explore the House & Garden after hours.
You and your guests will also have an opportunity to view Johann Heinrich Müntz’s painting of the South East View of Strawberry Hill House, which has recently gone on display in the Red Bedchamber. Dr Silvia Davoli, our Senior Curator, will be at the event to tell you more about the history of the House, its development and how this remarkable painting captures Strawberry Hill in its earliest Gothic form.
We do hope that you will be able to join us. Tickets are £5 per person. If you are a Member of Strawberry Hill House & Garden and purchasing additional tickets for guests, please note that guests must be accompanied by a Member and as places are limited, you can book a maximum of 2 additional guest tickets per Membership.
