The Strawberry Hill Community Picnic and BBQ
Sunday 5th July, 3pm-6:00pm
Join us on Sunday 5th July 2026 for one of Strawberry Hill’s most popular summer events. Our annual Community Picnic & BBQ returns for an afternoon of great food, live music, and family-friendly entertainment in the gardens of Strawberry Hill House.
What you will find:
- An Argentine Style Charcoal BBQ run by Roots & Berries at The Garden Café
- BYO Picnic
- Music from St Margarets Elastic Band
- Children’s entertainment from Jolly Julie
- 18th-Century Costume Corner
Tickets: Adult £8, Child (Under 16s) – FREE!
All ticket holders will be sent a discount code for 25% off house entry on the day of the picnic.
Come rain or shine, this event will go ahead no matter what the weather, so please come prepared with rain or sun protection. There will be no refunds made in the event of inclement weather.
Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult & must be supervised at all times.There are no dogs or ball games allowed in the grounds.
Visitors are welcome to bring food and drinks, including alcohol, for their own enjoyment as well as picnic blankets, camping style chairs and personal umbrellas.
